There are a few simple steps to ensure that we design and make the perfect dress for you!


    STEP 1 YOUR DESIGN:


We at HQ Designs understand the importance of your new dress and try to

take all the pressure and stress out of the whole process.


We are happy to work with you and/or your coach to ensure that we create

the right look or provide guidance and support to help you choose a dress

design to suit your look and most importantly your budget.


It is important to us that you let us know what look you are trying to achieve

as we may be able to provide photos of our previous work that might help

inspire you in designing your new dress. 


It is also helpful to our design team if you provide us with a full-length photo

of yourself. This helps us to create the right look for you.


    STEP 2 MEASUREMENT CHART:


Please complete the Measurement Sheet and Personal information Sheet.


Please ensure that you check the information that you provide to us carefully,

as we make our design to the exact size from the measurements that you supply.


Our chart will ensure even without a personal fitting if you are not in our state.

If you are in Perth, you are welcome to make an appointment to have a fitting. 

However, we believe that the information form provided will ensure that your gown

fits to your specifications.

    

   STEP 3 DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT:


We request that you provide us with your budget.  We can assist you with purchasing fabrics or supply fabric as part of the dress making process.


We also make many dresses where the client provides their own fabrics. 


At HQ Designs we are happy to fit in with you.  The cost of your dress will depend on the design, choice of fabrics and quality together with the colour and quantity of the stones required.  Knowing how much you have budgeted for will enable us to design your gown correctly.  Contact us for further details.


Once we receive your completed information, we will request that you make a 30% deposit and when we  acknowledge receipt of your funds, we will commence the dressmaking process.


At this point we will provide you with a return email with the details regarding when you will receive your gown and when to make the final payment.
