REFUND POLICY

HQ DESIGNS

HQ Designs follows the consumer protection guidelines for a refund or exchange.

The customer  may return or exchange any purchased item, with the exception of items on sale or a custom designed costume.

All return or exchanges will need to be at the customers expense for the postage cost.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must please notify us by email hqdesigns@hotmail.com within 7 days of your purchase date. 

We will then provide you with a validation code consenting to the return or exchange. Upon receipt of the code the item(s) must be returned within 7 days (Aust), 10 days (NZ) & 14 days (Worldwide).

Please ensure that you include the original invoice provided with your item.

For exchanges only, please send a reply paid envelope for that we can return the exchange item to you.

HQ Designs recommend that you use either registered or express post, so that you can track you parcel. 

HQ Designs does not accept any liability for any items lost or damaged caused by the postal system used by you.

All items returned/exchanged must be in new, unwashed and unused condition, with all tags attached.


HQ Designs will not give a return/exchange if we consider the item returned is not in new condition or has been used.


For return items a refund will be processed within 7-14 days on receipt of the return.


All returns will be paid in Australian Dollars AUD $ and HQ Designs will not take any responsibility in the amount refunded should it less, due to the differences between the exchange rates of the various countries and the original price paid for the item.
